Mission & Vision

Go therefore and make disciples...

The Mission

The mission of Trinity Lutheran Church is Connecting our Community with Christ.

The Vision

We want to create a community of Jesus' disciples who are "all in"  -- in Worship, in God's Word, in Prayer, and in Community and  we pray that through that, God gives us opportunities to spread the hope of Jesus' resurrection with our community.

We believe that being a disciple of Jesus means being...

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
Psalms 119:105

“For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”
Hebrews 4:12

Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.
John 20:30-31

“And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.”
Acts 2:42

“Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!”
Psalms 95:6

“Call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me."”
Psalms 50:15

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

“And he said to them, "When you pray, say: "Father, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come.”
Luke 11:2

"Now the full number of those who believed were of one heart and soul, and no one said that any of the things that belonged to him was his own, but they had everything in common.” Acts 4:32

“Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!” Psalms 133:1
